Get to know the Role
We are looking for a Warehouse Operation Supervisor to lead and manage the operation team on day to day activity. We believe a successful candidate has strong leadership and good knowledge on how to manage the warehouse operation , but if you believe you have what it takes then we’d love to hear from you either way.
The Day-to-Day Activities:
Liaise with 3PL, coordinate and supervise WH Operation
Floor operations resource and roster planning including MP capacity planning.
Warehouse and logistic reporting consolidation
Follow up solution for Customer complaint related to delivery error
Manage daily activity of warehouse to achieve the KPI target
The Must-Haves:
Experience to manage warehouse operational (Inbound and Outbound Activity)
Experience to manage warehouse inventory
Able to do manpower planning based on target volume
Able to lead the team and take decision when needed
Showcase fighting spirit
Strong knowledge on Warehouse Management System
You have strong knowledge to work with Google Sheet / MS Excel, Google Doc
