Job Description

Propose an annual plan (action plan) for feature improvement, quality onboarding process of API products.

Propose an annual product awareness / commercialization plan (action plan) for API products.

Invest time to keep track of Competition, market Trends, new Technologies related with API products.

Conduct business requirements gathering through customer research and discussions with related business units.

Prepare business requirements documents and functionality specification documents with a focus on effective and efficient customer experience and business processes with related units.

Appropriately assess risk when business decisions when creating an API products.

Work closely with Technology, Operations and Coverage teams to drive timely, cost effective and high-quality Delivery of strategically aligned API product solutions.

Work with product control functions to ensure that all relevant documentation and processes are strictly adhered to and part of the management fabric of the product business.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience

2+ years of experience in a API environment with multiple languages such as XML and JSON.

Understanding of system design, integration, test planning, scripting, and troubleshooting.

Experience in API layer like security, custom analytics, throttling, caching, logging, monetization, request and response modifications etc is preferable

Experience in creating API documentation is desirable
