Job Requirement

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
  • More than 10 years of experience in Marketing (at least 3 years exp. as Senior Brand Manager)
  • Has exposure to sales, strong ability to develop and execute marketing plan
  • Excellent communication skill, project management, product development, product launch, strategic thinking and also can develop marketing team
  • Good analytical, problem solving & creative
  • Strong leadership and can deal with various stakeholeder (internal & external)
  • Good dealing with complexity
  • Familiar with Nielsen

Job Description

Responsible for all Marketing function, develop and set up strategic marketing direction with the aim of contributing to the achievement of planned sales turnover, volume, market share & profit target
