  • Min. 5 - 7 years as Engineering Assistant Manager or Manager at Manufacturing company.
  • Logical thinking and good communicator.
  • Good communication in English both verbal and written.

PERSOLKELLY Indonesia is currently assisting one of our clients in Manufacturing Industry in finding great talent as Engineering Manager with the requirement as follows:


Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Engineering fields.
  • Has experience working as Engineering Assistant Manager or Manager level for 5 - 7 years at Manufacturing industry, preferable from consumer goods factory.
  • Logical thinking and able to create effective improvement.
  • Has experience to lead the subordinates.
  • Has good capability to communicate in English both verbal and written.
  • Has good communication skill. Able to communicate with other (section/division) Staffs, persuade subordinates, and explain to President director.
  • Willingness to work by hands-on approach.
  • Willing to work in Cikande Serang, Banten. Prefers candidate who can relocate to stay in Serang area.


Responsibilities:

  • Handling all engineering stuff, such as Machine Installation (all process).
  • Responsible for Layout changes, starting from handle authority to decide in which room to do Operation (making products), what kind of Machines to use for each kind of products making, and so on.
  • Handling and deciding the “Air-Control of Factory” such as, Increasing Cleanness of Air and its Humidity).
  • Responsible for controlling Machine and Facility Maintenance schedules.
  • Manual creation (Workshop).
  • Leading and managing the subordinates.
