What will be your main function and you will collaboration with:
Provides expert advice and services on legal concerns with emphasis on establishing policies that minimize legal and commercial risk. Applies independent judgment in determining courses of action required to perform assignments. Makes recommendations on all matters including policies and complex legal problems.
Responsibilities;
Drafting, Review, Evaluate, Negotiate Contracts (formal, short form, and annual contracts).
Serve as the point of contact for customers, subcontractors, and suppliers on contractual matters. Act as contractual “middleman” between company, customers, subcontractors, and suppliers ensuring timely review and approval / reconciliation of variations.
Maintain contractual records and documentation such as receipt and control of all contract correspondence, contact information sheets, contractual changes, status reports and other documents for all projects, subcontractors, and suppliers.
As needed, provide guidance on contract matters to project managers or other operational staff, including training to new project managers and other employees in contracting practices and procedures.
Develop and implement procedures for contract management and administration in compliance with company policy. As appropriate, contribute to or influence company policies.
Monitor compliance by company employees with established procedures. Identify areas of recurrent pressure.
Ensure that signed contracts are communicated to all relevant parties to provide contract visibility and awareness, interpretation to support implementation.
Develop contract and commercial management compentancies of the organization.
Requirements;
Bachelor from legal, but any major welcome to apply.
Minimum 5 years experiences in a contract management role, such as purchasing or contracting.
Team player with a good sense of integrity
Problem-solving, computer skills, able to work under minimum supervision, creative thinking, used to do multitasking job, able to work well under pressure.
Experience in applying organizational standards when developing requests for proposals, negotiating terms and drafting contracts.
Ability to systematically analyze complex problems, draw relevant conclusions and implement appropriate solutions.
Excellent negotiating and persuasive skills, both in one-on one and group situations.
Have ability to convey complex information in a way that others can readily follow.
Excellent English communication skills.
