About the role: As our Learning & Development officer, you’ll support the growth of our Engineering team through relevant and insightful learning experience. You’ll be part our tight-knit Academy team and heavily collaborate with Engineering leaders in day-to-day basis. To achieve, you’ll need to combine your technical knowledge in IT and your passion in learning and teaching.
What will you do: Carrying out capability assessments in Engineering team to know the needs and gaps to expectation
Designing blended learning solutions to learner in various locations
Using digital tools to create flexible and innovative learning programs
Applying adult learning theories to ensure learner get the best out of their development
Create & deliver learning programs and intervention based on need
Monitoring how effectively learning has been transferred to employees
Build & maintain collaborative attitude with Engineering team in various levels
What will you need: At least 1 year of working or internship experience as IT engineer
Basic knowledge in learning & development processes and strategies
Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
Ability to quickly learn new software packages and be able to design training on them
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both spoken and written, especially in online environments
Demonstrated ability to explain technical concepts in layman’s terms, including appropriate company’s jargon where applicable
Additional Requirements: Knowledge and understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and experience with blended learning
Experience developing curricula and related assessment and evaluation plans
Meet or exceed revenue targets for assigned Sales through strategic engagement of customers.
