Job Description

Managing and supervising the daily operations of the accounting department.

Monitoring month and year process related to accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, ledger, payroll, and utilities, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue, and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations, trust account statement reconciliations, check runs, fixed asset activity, and debt activity.

Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.

Establishing and maintaining fiscal files and records to document transactions.

Supervising budget reports, budget preparation, and budget analysis.
Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in Accounting.

Proven working experience as an Accounting Manager for at least 2 years in an IT Solution Company (more preferable).

Have a basic understanding of accounting and taxation.

Familiar with accounting software.

Willing to be placed in North Jakarta.

Active, detailed oriented, and a good team player.
