Conducting legal research and providing day-to-day legal support for Jr. Legal Associate, including but not limited to providing legal risks, advice and updates on the company’s business activities
Reviewing and preparing various range of draft agreements across the company’s business
Manage corporate secretarial matters, including but not limited to filing legal documents/reporting
Handling administration and making sure all legal files are fully documented
Working collaboratively with internal and/or external stakeholders

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree on Law or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of working experience as an staff/officer in a law firm or a legal staff/counsel in a company
Having strong analytical thinking and initiatives
Ability to work with limited supervision
Good team player with good communication skills
Good in English, contract drafting, negotiation and legal research
Up-to-date with latest regulations and legal best practice

Responsible for management of all construction and coordination activities of an EPIC project [or part of] involving fabrication and/or marine installation.
Minimum bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, electrical engineering or equivalent.
Certified from coding/progamming school are a plus.
Male / female ( 18 to 24 Years Old).
