Get to know the role As an Operations Planning & Growth, you will drive and own key initiatives to maintain our operational speed performance. You will be spending most of your time crunching numbers - gap analysis in framing operational strategic plans; coordinating, collaborating, and problem-solving with various cross-functional & management teams regarding high-priority operational issues or improvement opportunities.
We are looking for someone with a strong sense of ownership for their work, an independent and fast learner, and is self-driven to get things done.

Responsibilities

    • Supporting Operations Planning and Growth Team on analyzing improvement data
    • Preparing project presentation slide, data set, and data modeling
    • Support the team on generating improvement insight based on data

A Must Have

    • Final year student or Fresh Graduate on Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Management
    • Comfortable in working within dynamic and complex environments
    • A data-driven mindset. Able to transform data into actionable Insights.
    • Curious and high initiative, have a growth mindset and continuous learning
    • Basic knowledge of data analysis tools
