Lead EE Component Reliability Monitoring and Proactive Control
Monitor Supplier performance (SPM) (Outside Group and Inside Group suppliers)
Pilot the containement, corrective and preventives actions to solve the technical/ part quality issues of the plant using the 8D methodology.
Check the effectiveness of the supplier corrective & preventive actions
Escalate to Supplier Quality & Development team (SQMEs,SSCMEs) when needed
Participate in qualification of the part through the Part Product Evaluation Plan (PPEP) as part of Product Management Process (PMP)/Product Evolution Process (PEP)

Participate to the Supplier Approval Module (SAM) process

Follow the SAM supplier status to ensure the improvement of the plant supplier panel
Utilise Digital tools
Pilot Phoenix 4.0 at suppliers
Lead Open Market/Spot Procedure Deployment and sustainenance
Montioring E-Derogations and follow up for actions execution & timely closure
Manage Failure Analysis process & timely avaialbility of FA reports

Qualifications

D4 / Bachelor Degree graduate in Electronic or mechatronic engineering field study from reputable university
Engineering Background with solid Experience in EE & PCBA
