Principle Duties & Responsibilities:
To improve talent supply quality, quantity and fitness by proactive sourcing and behavioural interview screening
To explore and implement excellent resourcing strategy for talent
To be responsible for projects or initiatives which relate with Talent Acquisitions department, to improve overall HR strategy and execution excellent.
To be responsible for any of Recruitment vendor contract, liaise with related parties such as Procurement and Legal
To improve Employer Branding by implementing various Recruitment channels/methods such as: Campus Hiring, MT Hiring, Panel Interview, Hackathons, Booth Camp, Job fair, etc
To document all documents for hiring purpose
To analyses and produce recruitment report on agreed timeline
