Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business analytics at an agency, technology, consulting or media company.
  • Ability to speak and write in English and Bahasa Indonesia fluently.


Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience driving sales/business growth and building relationships with C-level stakeholders.
  • Experience working in sales, media, advertising, e-commerce, or digital industry.
  • Experience in cross-collaborative stakeholder management.
  • Ability to work on a team.
  • Excellent sales and business acumen.

Within Google Customer Solutions (GCS), the Accelerated Growth Team (AGT) program is designed to support small- and medium-sized businesses with growth potential. AGT specializes in building full funnel strategies to increase customer's return on investment, scale customer business growth base, and ultimately make businesses more profitable.

As an Account Strategist within AGT, you will identify and grow key customer prospects within a segment of the Google Customer Solutions ecosystem, to promote and set them up for accelerated and sustainable growth on our platforms.

Within this role, you will collaborate with the Account Management teams to devise strategies to drive innovative growth to our customers and the Google business.

Responsibilities

  • Manage business growth by building a pipeline of key customer prospects within the Google Customer Solutions ecosystem and developing a strategy for short to long-term sustained success.
  • Deliver against assigned goals, while prioritizing and delivering outstanding customer experience to Google's advertisers.
  • Propose ambitious investment and deliver transformational marketing solutions to accelerate customer's growth according to customer's business and marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with Account Management teams at Google Customer Solutions to deliver customer success.
