Job Description

Solicit requirements gathering and facilitate requirements workshop with internal/external stakeholders

Elicits, analyzes, specifies, and validates the business needs of stakeholders

Identifies and establishes scope and parameters of requirements analysis to define project impact, outcome criteria, and metrics

Works with stakeholders and project team to prioritize collected requirements

Analyzes and verifies requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards

Translates conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team

Assists with the interpretation of customer requirements into feasible options, and communicating these back to the business stakeholders

Manages and tracks the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle; enforce and redefine as necessary

Liaising with technical specialists to understand the technical requirements

Clear documentation of requirements

Participates in the QA process, starts from creating the test cases, conducting the test, recording the test results, and reporting the defects, to ensure features and functions have been enabled and optimized

Perform other Ad-hoc projects/tasks
Bachelor in Computer Science / Information Technology, Computer Engineering or equivalent

A minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis

At least 2 years of experience in Software Application Testing, especially in web application and API testing

Good understanding of QA processes and software testing methodologies

Fluent and comfortable communicating in English

Excellent documentation skills with insights for details

Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills

Ability to multi-task and work under tight timeline and pressure

Having knowledge in the banking industry (Nice to have)

Excellent communications, presentation and inter-personal skills

Good problem solving and troubleshooting skills

Highly self-motivated and directed

Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure

Strong customer-orientation
