  • Fluent in english (min. passive).
  • Minimum 1 year experience in garment industry as QC.
  • Familiar with GAP/Target/Wallmart quality initiative.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Basic computer and math skills to calibrate and measure specifications.
  • Ability to use measuring devices like gauges, meters, calipers and computers.
  • Understand about company standards.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of federal and industry standards and best practices
  • Understanding of target market and consumer needs.
  • Blueprint reading capabilities.
  • Documentation and reporting skills.
  • Teamwork and collaboration.
  • Comfortable standing or walking for long periods of time. Tanggung Jawab
  • Control production in order to follow SOPs to get right first time quality from each process.
  • Make quality inspection reports.
  • Follow and understand quality standards in a company they need to follow and control the factory quality standard.
