Job Description

1. Provide administrative support for sales leadership;
2. Internal communications,contract management, meeting arrangement, travel planning, budget and expense reconciliation, and sales event planning;
3. Independently provide data analysis and support for leadership;
4. Organize, prioritize and appropriately handle time-sensitive, confidential information and ensure action items being addressed in a timely manner.
1. Bachelor’s degree or above; 1+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Project Coordinator;
2. Fluent in oral and written in Chinese, Indonesian and English;
3. Detail oriented, with exceptional organizational skills;
4. High level of proficiency in Microsoft Software, specialized in data analysis and reporting;
5. Ability to adapt to the time difference between different offices.
