Job Description

Manage ramp-up monitoring, liaise with Development, Engineering & Production team to drive project launches, ensure Production readiness for new project (tools, document, machines, process, training), drive SFLA (safe launch) monitoring & review its performance, close the gap (if any) with engineering & operations.
In your new role you will:

Drive SFLA (safe launch) monitoring & review its performance, close the gap (if any) with engineering & operations.
Align with the planner, Production & other related supporting groups before SFLA (safe launch) monitoring

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics or another engineering background
Having 3 years experience as a process engineer in an electronic or manufacturing company
Having good communication and interpersonal skills, proactive, and high teamwork spirit to collaborate with cross-sites counterparts.
Having the ability to lead the project and direct the work of other team members.
Capability to manage the overseas projects, monitor and summary all the project status and result
Ability to work with tight deadlines
Good communication in English both written and verbal
