Main duties and responsibilities
This is a newly created position and plays an integral role in the Lazada Indonesia HR Shared Services team. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside the business and partner with one of the Business Unit’s leads HR Business partners to deliver a great employee experience through HR operational excellence. As our businesses have offices, warehouses, and hubs located across Indonesia, the ideal candidate must be very comfortable with frequent traveling to these locations to engage with the line managers and employees.
Manage and deliver the end-to-end life cycle of employees such as onboarding / offboarding formalities and staff movements such as internal transfers.
Be the go-to person in the Business Unit for employee’s and Line Manager’s HR operational needs.
Achieve HR operational excellence through the support of the rest of the HR Shared Services team based in the main office.
Job Requirements
Requirements
Degree holder, preferably in HR.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar capacity.
Organised, meticulous, and strong sense of ownership.
Implement brand strategies to ensure brand growth.
