About the Role

Third-Party Partnerships in Midtrans plays an important role in building, executing, and maintaining partnerships with the biggest web developers, aggregators, and ecosystem partners in the company’s portfolio. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management and execution of all partnerships' contractual assets that help drive the company's key business goals. If hired, you will directly report to the Third-Party Partnerships Senior Manager, who reports to the Head of Third-Party Partnerships in a dynamic, fast-paced environment within a rapidly growing organization.

What You Will Do

Build strong partnerships with Third-Party Partners (Web Developers/Ecosystem Partners/SaaS/Merchant Aggregators/Global Partners, also including POS/VM/KIOSK Partners) in the spirit of generating merchant leads to drive the company’s achievement,
Execute the partnership process from building use cases, to preparing strategic and legal arrangement, planning go-to-market strategies, and conducting performance analysis periodically,
Identify ways to increase Partners’ performance by running joint initiatives,
Develop a strong understanding of the e-commerce market and be the first person that a Partner calls for inquiries,
Manage cross-team communication and collaboration to ensure rapport and collaboration between Partners and Merchants,
Identify new partnership opportunities and discuss closure strategies with team leaders,
Plan and present reports on partnership progress, goals, and periodic initiatives to share with team leaders and peers on a regular basis.

What You Will Need

A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in partnerships, business management, and sales. Prior experience in e-commerce will be a plus point,
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Sales, Communication or related academic area,
Ability to formulate strategy to drive key performance matrix,
Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, presentation and analytical skills,
Proven ability to maintain projects and maintain effective relations with partners,
Fluency in both written and spoken Bahasa and English is required,
Advanced reporting and computer skills, and experience with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on superior Excel and Powerpoint skills.

About the Team Our Payments team oversees GoPay (Southeast Asia’s fastest-growing consumer payments and financial services app), as well as Midtrans (one of Indonesia’s largest payment gateways), and Spots (Indonesia’s largest offline network for payments). The Third-Party Partnerships team consists of three to five experienced partnerships managers and executives who handle Midtrans’ most strategic partners on a day-to-day basis. The team is filled with vibrant, solid team players who often have to work to tight internal deadlines, support each other, and celebrate with peer-to-peer recognition initiatives. We've helped simplify payments for over 300,000 merchant-partners in our respective regions - from retail stores in town to your favorite Gorengan and Martabak stalls. But, the growth of Payments does not stop here. We are hungry for more. We intend to become the largest payment and financial services group in Southeast Asia. We are working on several projects now, including one about enhancing direct interaction with our merchant-partners of a variety of businesses and their customers.
