Job Description

As Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) - GoTo Financial (GTF), you’ll take the wheel in a broad range of corporate finance activities at GTF Consolidation level for all GoTo’s financial-technology-verticals (GoPay, GoFinance, Midtrans, Moka, GoBiz, GoStore, Selly, etc.) You will work closely with CFO, Finance Business Partner, Business Leaders and Strategy team in day-to-day activities to perform annual budgeting, financial modeling, multiyear forecast, rolling forecast, performance reporting, and financial analysis related.

What You Will Do

    • Drive the monthly, quarterly, annual, or multi-year planning process. Support the development of financial forecasts and operational goals, apply business judgment and financial insights to help with decision making.
    • Develop and/or maintain sophisticated financial modeling (monthly or annual): build models from scratch, improve existing models, capture complex business reality/dynamics, propose solutions and drive better decision making.
    • Responsible for preparation of CEO Monthly Business Review (QBR) and CEO Quarterly Business Review (QBR) process alongside with Senior Management.
    • Track business performance and identify areas of risks & opportunities for further improvements from finance perspectives.
    • Responsible to highlight key financial issues and deliver the proposed solutions to the stakeholders
    • Able to translate business metrics/requirements into clear financial impact/results and vice-versa.
    • Provide insightful financial analysis on a regular and ad-hoc basis such as but not limited to operating metrics performance, business unit performance review, and other financial ratios analysis.

What You Will Need

    • Degree level qualification in Accounting / Business / Quantitative fields of study.
    • At least 5 years experience in FP&A / Audit / Analytics / Strategy-related areas.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and GSuite (GSheet, GSlide, etc.).
    • Able to manage multiple stakeholders across various levels of seniority.
    • Able to work independently (or in a team) with high attention to detail.
    • Experience working with large datasets SQL / Python (preferable) .
    • A person that appreciates working hard and playing hard.
    • Fun and most of all has no attachment on the working time.
