  • Male/Female
  • Preferred from reputable university
  • Have min 10 years experience
  • Having experience building teams, work facilities & operational systems in all parts of the company with agile and digital mindset
  • Having experience in implementing measurable project improvement using technology and data
  • Experienced in making operational blueprints to prepare future production capacity
  • Having knowledge about the factory (factories in & abroad)
  • Having experience in managing products of 20 million pcs per year
  • Having experience in managing work facilities and company assets
  • Having experience in set up warehouse
  • Experience in set up budget (invest to build)
  • Having technical knowledge such as HSE, ISO, certification, patents and others
  • Willing to work at South Jakarta
