Job Description

Handle the invoice checking process (Check all invoice calculations)

Collect all necessary documents for invoice checking

Review invoices and ensure contract requirements are met

Monitor and track invoice process until payment is issued

Work closely with the Finance and Procurement team
Min. Bachelor's degree of Economic or related major

Have experience in the same field for min. 1 years (Fresh graduate are welcomed to apply)

Energetic and fast learner

Detail-oriented person

Fluent in English both written and oral

Good interpersonal and communication skill

Domicile in Jakarta and willing to be placed in one of Shopee's offices
