PERSOLKELLY Indonesia is currently assisting one of our clients in Retail industry to find great talent as Marketing Communication Manager with the requirements as follows:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Control and monitor all company’s products distribution policy through planning for marketing communication strategy that is according to market segment or product story
  • Create and execute Calendar of Event Marketing realization
  • Branding and campaign strategy
  • Manage supporting contents for activation in all media (online and offline) to produce marketing activation program that will enhance customer experience and products sell through

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Management / Communication or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of working experience as Assistant Manager/Manager positions in Marketing Communication / Branding / Agency Marketing
  • Preferably coming from Retail - Casual Fashion / Lifestyle in Sports or Outdoor activities
  • Must understand digital marketing (end to end), handle strategic planning for brand promotion, control marketing budget, and networking engagement + communication (channel and online/offline activation related to outdoor activities) – CSR/Community
  • English skill (written and spoken)
  • Willing to be placed in Bandung
