Responsibilities:
Provide technical assistance and guidance to clients for products & services offered by Exabytes
Obtaining and sharing customer feedback with colleagues and other departments so that products and services can be improved
Handle troubleshoot errors related to hosting related services (Windows & Linux)
Monitor servers' performances
Ensure servers are working on optimum performance
Reply to clients via Helpdesk
Able to answer and reply to phone calls on Technical related issues
Perform weeky & monthly server maintenance
Requirements:
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in related field is required for this position
Bachelor Degree from any study, Preferably Marketing or IT
Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating system and networking
Software solution and network structure design experience and hardware knowledge will be an advantage
Strong analytical skills and structured problem solving approach
Customer focus and excellent communication skills
Excellent active listening skills
Understanding of urgency and priority handling experience
Ability to explain complex issue in a clear and easy to understand to a technical and non- technical audience
Knowing about the Domain,Hosting/Server, Website sales is an advantage
Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
