Minimum S1 Degree in Law
Maximum age is 35 years
Have professional work experience as a Legal Generalist at least 3 years, preferably in the manufacturing industry
Can work independently and under pressure
Proactive with good problem solving skills and Decision Making
Detail oriented, good networking, good communication and highly motivated
Have the ability in the field of corporate licensing, making and monitoring the implementation of contracts/agreements, OSS online licensing, DPMPTSP, deed management, HGB etc
Actively speak and write English
Required computer skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Good communication and interpersonal-skill, result oriented, excellent attitude, willing to learn and to work hard
Willing to go on business trips out of town

Responsible for the fulfillment of legal aspects that must be met in connection with the existence and activities of the Company based on the applicable laws and regulations
Responsible for the fulfillment of legality and security aspects in the company’s business transactions
Responsible for resolving legal issues that occur within the company
Responsible for providing legal opinions to Management and or other internal officials within the company, for the benefit of the company
Understand and understand all the Company’s legal rules
Review and make an agreement
Take care of the legality of letters and make reports
Manage permits related to government agencies
Ensure that there are no expired permits or documents
Manage the documents needed by the company in making cooperation agreements and legal contracts, starting from drafts to reviewing agreements
Updating Government Regulations and Implementation Troubleshooting for any legal issues
Organizing, maintaining, and updating company documents
Representing the company to carry out legal actions
Manage all new permits, extensions for online or offline management required by the company’s business units
Periodically reporting licensing to related agencies
