Proven work experience as an Operator
At least 1 year of working experience
Experience and understanding minimal one programming language (Vb, Java, PHP, Golang, C#, Python)
Familiar with monitoring and analytical tools : Grafana, Kibana, Logtash, Zabbix and SSIS (SQL Server)
Willing to work in shifting.
Knowledge of modern operating systems, Enterprise, networking, and Office software.

Troubleshoot software and hardware problems that are reported and resolve them
Setting up computers and other hardware devices.
Troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and software errors.
Responding to user requests and problems.
Performing preventative maintenance.
Responding to incoming telephone calls and mail inquiries from both internal and external customers regarding computer-related problems.
Making appropriate changes to any documentation, as and when needed.
Maintaining operations by monitoring error messages and making adjustments.
Maintaining incident logs for any issues that arise.
Preparing any equipment that is needed for day-to-day operations by accessing various different forms of software.
Ensure software updates are installed and bugs are fixed as needed
