Job Description

Support Industrial Relation & Policy Role


Job Descriptions:

  • Assist & support People Operations to analyze, develop & implement the company policy
  • Assist & support People Operations to simplify the communication tools / Communication design regarding company policy/company updates
  • Assist & support People Operations to maintain employee information system (Intranet)
  • Assist & support People Operations to analyze employee inquiry data

Requirements:

  • Able to commit for internship for at least 6 months
  • Comfortable with communicating in English, both written and spoken
  • Undergraduate student preferably from law or public administration (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Detail oriented, willing to learn, team player attitude, and self-motivated

Support Mobility & Employee Wellbeing Role

Job Descriptions:

  • Assist & support People Operations to, develop & execute & maintain employee wellbeing programs
  • Assist & support People Operations to analyze employee mobility data

Requirements:

  • Able to commit for internship for at least 6 months
  • Willing to work from office (Jakarta)
  • Undergraduate student preferably from communication, visual communication, or related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Creative and experience in creating design contents. Experience in organizing events would be a plus
