Job Description

Do you have experience in software engineering? Are you the person who build bridges between departments? Do you like to be the architect of back-office software? And still, want to build sometimes a prototype? Be part of our dynamic and cooperative team as a System Analyst. You will work with experts and competent people in IT telecommunications and handle potential stakeholders globally.

Responsibilities

  • Design an efficient and effective system that keeps a perfect balance between business requirements, technical requirements, performance, stability, and system maintainability,
  • Participate in requirement analysis to add new features to the company’s products,
  • Participate in change analysis to improve the company’s products,
  • Write understandable, accurate, and quality technical specifications,
  • Work with a software architect to understand the company’s products and its limitations,
  • Cooperate with the Quality Assurance team to test the performance of the system,
  • Cooperate with the developer to make sure the specifications are defined and implemented correctly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or Information Technology,
  • Fluent in verbal and written English and Indonesian language is a MUST,
  • Minimal 3-years worth experience hands-on programming,
  • Minimal 2-years worth experience working in system analysis and design. Certification will be a plus,
  • Strong communication skills, including experience in writing technical documentation such as use cases, flow charts, swim lanes, sequence diagram, component diagram, etcetera,
  • Capable of working autonomously and in teamwork,
  • Keen with problem-solving and attention to detail
  • Deep understanding and capable of applying design patterns, object-oriented analysis and design and architectural patterns,
  • Good organisational skills,
  • Project- and time-management skills,
  • Attention to details.
