BAT Indonesia IS LOOKING FOR An Internee - FINANCE


GRADE: Intern

JOB TITLE: Finance - Intern

FUNCTION: Finance

SUB FUNCTION: Corporate Finance

CITY & COUNTRY: Malang, Indonesia

DURATION: 6 Months


ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

The role is encouraged to be filled in by a finance intern


Reports to: Sr. Corporate Finance Mgr

Geographic Scope: Local


WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

  • Drive the completion of fixed asset verification for all BAT assets by Q4 2021
  • Ensure the data submitted by the users are reconciled and validated to avoid financial misstatements
  • Drive corporate finance simplification agenda using automation tools (i.e. RPA, MS PowerApps, PowerBI)
  • Support accounting team in preparing the financial statements
  • Assist in the delivery of all ad-hoc business projects/requests as required


ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE


  • Currently undertaking or recently graduated from bachelor’s degree (S1) or equivalent (preferable from accounting or finance)
  • Have knowledge and understanding of Project Management
  • Strong & effective leadership while maintaining right level of attention to detail.
  • Strong teammate with excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Proactive and open to change & new insights.
