Job Description

HR Business Partners are strategic consultants and the first contact person for the departments in all HR relevant topics. They assist with the implementation of the unit strategy, act as drivers in relation to culture and structure issues and accompany the operational HR topics such as personnel appointments, staff reviews, and staff development decisions.
In your new role you will:
  • Partnering organization and employees for strategic people management, global initiative deployment, consult the best fit solution to enhance people Excellence, policies, and legislation compliance.
  • Provide excellent HR advice and support to the local employees and managers on human resources-related issues including performance management, succession planning, performance management, and organization development strategies in relation to structure and change management.
  • Manage people process and tools timely, ensure the quality of process and outcome (e.g: STEPS, PM Tools, Promotion Tools, Compensation Planning Tools, International Assignment, etc).
  • Participate in process improvement activities to increase the efficiency of HR BP process
  • Actively involve in people process, from talent attraction, and development measures, to handling employee's resignation/termination and exit procedures.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources/Management/Business Admin or any related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience in the MNC manufacturing environment.
  • Strong communication and persuasive skills and ability to interact with all levels of employees and the management team.
  • Highly committed and able to work independently in fast pace environment.
  • Strong data analytical skills.
  • Possess a good working attitude and strong team spirit.
  • High integrity in handling all confidential data.
  • Agile and adaptive to the changes in the dynamic working environment.
