MAIN PURPOSE


Assisting in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers. Planning and monitoring the ongoing company presence on social media. Launching optimized online advertisements to increase company and brand awareness.


Responsible for all e-commerce activities. Oversees channel development strategies, web architecture and infrastructure requirements.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Manage all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion and a/b testing and reporting
  • Involvement in the development of brand reputation across content, review sites, blogs and other social media
  • Research market to discover new trends and technologies in order to improve website performance
  • Oversee digital marketing channels for all Brands
  • Develop content calendar and oversee website uploads and landing pages development
  • Lead action plans to create excellent online consumer experiences supported with brand resources (assets, product innovation/competitive within market, consumer database)
  • Oversee and closely monitor the implementation of all programs to ensure all 100% are perfectly done and managed on time and actively discuss on any business potentials/issues that need to be solved timely within brand standard
  • Good time management ensuring all reports and projects are done in timely manner
  • Manage and optimize onsite e-commerce platform optimization
  • Manage and optimize e-commerce promo activities
  • Manage and optimize e-commerce store operational with supply chain and enabler

REQUIREMENTS


  • A Degree in Business Management or equivalent
  • Min. 5 years of relevant of working experience in e-Commerce for Retail, FMCG, Sales or Beauty
  • Experienced in brand management, sales & performance in several platform or marketplace will be preferable
  • A passionate, self-starter, keen learner with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Strong in analytical, business minded and possesses good problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Possess a positive work ethic and able to work closely with all functions and with external parties, and able to represent the brand suitably
