About the Role
Our driver-partners are one of the crucial pillars of our business. Right from serving food orders to transporting people and goods from one place to another - there is very little that they can’t do. As our Driver Income Manager, you will ensure that our driver-partners are able to generate livable income from our platform. You will navigate through micro and macro settings and any related metrics related to the driver-partners, which helps you to methodically manage areas that affect driver income. Your efforts will help ensure that the opportunity provided by Gojek as an ecosystem can provide sustainable, adequate income for driver-partners.

About the Team
The Driver Income team is a lean team of 3 people based in Jakarta, Indonesia. As the heart of the Driver Core department, we are in charge of thinking about anything and everything that might affect the income landscape of our driver-partners. An example of the projects that we do is to design incentive systems to help our driver-partners thrive in our ecosystem.
Aside from bettering the work and lives of our driver-partners, we also enrich each other (and everyone who wants to hang with us) by exploring the unending variety of food in Indonesia as friends outside of work. Some of us fell in love again with the outdoors during the pandemic, so during weekends, you may see us at hiking trails, bicycle loops, and camping sites all over the world!
