We are looking for Team Leader Internal Logistics based in Plant Karawang. HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? • To supervise and control warehouse activities and processes within the assigned business unit in a consistent, streamlined and strategically aligned way across all shifts so that warehouse operations is carried out according to relevant budgets and plans and in line with safety and quality requirements. • To ensure that processes are in place to identify improvement areas for the assigned sub-business unit, and manage the process of continuous improvement by initiating and driving projects, both within the business unit and in cooperation with other support functions, in order to deliver sustainable solutions that will improve productivity, quality, and safety while minimizing wastage, material damage and losses WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • A University graduate (Bachelor's degree / S1) in Management or Engineering • 2 years working experience in warehouse / planning / production • Knowledge in Stock Management, Warehouse Design, Logistics Service Management, and Manufacturing Process • Proficient in English • Good understand on SAP functionalities and LES/MES • Excellent computer literacy (especially Advanced Formulas in Microsoft Excel) • Good analytical thinking and communication skills • Fast learner and able to work in minimum guidance and supervision • Detail oriented and achievement oriented • Proven leadership and organizational savvy • Willing to be placed in Karawang
