Job Description

Persyaratan
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, any field.

At least 2 year(s) of working experience in Customs/ Logistics/ International Trade/ Finance is required for this position.

Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s.

Contract position(s) available.

English bussines level

Job Desc:
Review, confirm document and provide approval to execute all shipping document.

Identify all Import items ID HS Code, request to TV when necessary

Advisory in all shipping customs clearance matters (including shipment from external supplier DDP).

Identify import requirement/license.

Preparing shipment reporting for shipment operations metrics and projects.

Resolve all shipment related issue (i.e. Masterlist, Container hold, and advocacy to government agency for import license).

Preparing complete set document for clearance (i.e. draft PoA letter, supporting letter, applications).

Visit Customs office or other government office to resolve clearance issue/license when necessary.

Connect with Importer & brokers.
