  • Strategizing data-driven decision-making to align our business OKR and drive higher productivity
  • Doing initiatives across related stakeholders and measuring the impact of every initiative in a timely manner
  • Utilizing statistical knowledge to deep dive into complex data sets and draw insights to help the business understand the solutions
  • Proactively address challenges, create and own metric tracking in Tableau to convey insights to stakeholders
  • Able to identify regular dashboard and engage DA/BI to create standard dashboard to reduce manual work
  • Pick up and run ad-hoc analysis independently
  • Analyze Fashion data and provide data-driven recommendations and insights
  • Doing competitive analysis to find opportunities and give insights based on competitor performances.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree Required with good business acumen
  • Problem solver with data-driven and clear structure & analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication (verbally and in writing), good ability to work in a team, and good negotiation skills
  • Experience in data analysis using Excel (Vlookup, IF function, Pivot, etc)
  • Have experience in creating a professional deck
  • Ability to work quickly, work with cross-functional teams and prioritize under deadlines among competing projects
