Job Description

Persyaratan
5-10 years working experience in the fields of architecture, construction or engineering
Technical knowledge both theoretical and practical with a focus on sanitary system, installation, piping, plumbing and waste water system
Independent, strong problem-solving skills and a consistent approach to address technical topics
Eager to learn, motived, positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skill
Willingness to travel around Indonesia
Own vehicle and possess of valid driving license
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related areas
Good technical computer skills such as Auto CAD, Sketchup and Microsoft
Good knowledge in English communication (written and spoken)
Domicile in Jakarta Tanggung Jawab
Plan, coordinate and follow up with regards to the construction of any project or assignment with related suppliers, contractors and stakeholders
As such, prepare the budget (BoQ), technical specification, involve into the drawings process with architects as well as coordinate related documents of new projects and sites
Control, manage and inspect all Mister Loo sites as well as monitor suppliers work delivered with the support of Mister Loo’s assistant engineer
Conduct periodic evaluations of the performance and quality of contractors and suppliers
Assist the senior management for all kind of technical and construction related work tasks
