About Our Client

Our client is a leading electronics manufacturing company in Indonesia, a notable name in the industry, and they are currently looking for Supplier Quality Senior Manager position.

Job Description

  • Manage maturity audits of semiconductor design technology as it progress to production which include reliability and manufacturing goals.
  • Participate in the development of a new quality system by combining ISO guidelines and process control aspects.
  • Continual assessment and improvement of the quality system (ISO and SPS) to ensure relevancy and robustness.
  • Use of FMEA and PFMEA analysis.
  • Serve as a representative for ITC during FDA investigations.
  • Process requests for ad hoc / for cause GMP audits.
  • Lead multiple internal audits throughout the company for ISO9001.
  • Promote customer centricity culture in the organization via Supplier Kaizen, Quality Culture awareness campaigns, etc.
  • Evaluate and approve corrective and preventative action (CAPA) plans.
  • Participate in meetings and validate the changes in the QMS and HACCP.
  • Provide quality feedback in audits from customers, and regulatory agencies (UL, CSA, ISO).
  • Conduct HACCP meetings for management, and ensure HACCP plan are validation & verification are successfully complete annually.
  • Inspect, audit and certify supplier facilities for compliance with sanitary, regulatory, production, and QA requirements.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Leading Quality in Manufacturing Plant.
  • Having Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Equivalent
  • Must have Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt certified
  • Having knowledge in latest digital tools such as minitab, salesforce, tableu, etc.
  • Fluent in English and having good communication skills
