Planning, managing and monitoring product technical activities and their applications to support product sales and development.
Fostering relationships with customers in terms of technical needs regarding products and their applications.
Manage education & training activities for various external and internal parties related to product technicalities.
Manage testing of products and their applications from authorized parties.
Manage activities for handling technical problems in product applications experienced by customers.
Manage and analyze project activities required to ensure the product application process is in accordance with the application.
