Job Description

Recruitment support and administration (E2E – end to end).
Update data management of candidate (all data, checking AAJI, Create TMR contract; call candidate whose pass interview, check on line name, filling CV & contract).
Update data TMR (Active/Leave/Resign; Distribution of AAJI/Insurance (Manulife) card; filling leave form for al TMR.
Update data for TMR resign/missing; calibration with Corp HR to inactive AAJI & filling Exit interview form.
Checking not show TMR’s during day1 training and update the data & share the report.
