Job Description

1. Analyze and prepare in terms of Drafting/Reviewing Agreements, contract negotiation, Experience in drafting a business contract and contract negotiation

2. Archiving the company's legality documents.

3. Make a contract letter related to the project/company.

4. Provide advice when there are problems related to legal.

5. Handle administrative work related to legal

6. Manage and monitor the deadline for permits & company legality

7. Create and review the company's internal and external agreements

1. Bachelor of Law degree from a reputable university

2. Have working experience (min 1-2 years) in Legal Position is preferred

3. Experience in drafting a business contract, contract negotiation, Experience in drafting a business contract and contract negotiation

4. Excellent verbal and written English skills

5. High attention to detail

6. Able to be proactive, take initiative, Strong analytical and planning skills and excellent problem-solving skills

7. Highly motivated, disciplined and able to work independently and collaboratively

8. Knowledge and understanding of relevant applicable laws, rules and regulations
