Coordinate with HC Recruitment regarding attendance at activities for candidate recruitment
Coordinate with HC Culture Development function in preparing EVP (Employee Value Proposition) to support company's recruitment branding process
Responsible for the implementation and development of Internal HC system
Bachelor degree with minimum 3 years of experience in relevant fields
Knowledgeable of Employer Branding with proven ability to design projects and in regards to AR Management’s development
Experience in planning and creating contents on social media as recruitment branding program
Experience in constructing budget planning related to recruitment branding activities
