About the job

HRBP Operations is responsible to lead people management's strategy and its deployment, ensure it's aligned with business directions within Operations functions and to guide, give consultation and advise to the Business Leaders in term of HR strategies and approaches to attract, develop, and retain talents in the business and organization transformation

1. Work closely with business partners within Operations functions on the development of HR strategies, and offer thought leadership regarding organizational/people-related strategy and execution.
2. Partner closely and assist HR Business partners in delivering high value products/programs to Partner, helping Partner to foster organizational effectiveness that align with - Business strategies, including people development, performance management, employee relation and change management.
3. Develop talent capability and development plan within Operations function in order to strengthen talent pipeline and succession for key positions, also as part of retention strategies and career development for employees
4. Proactively managing relationships with employees, collating and analysing employee's feedback across all levels to ensure a healthy way of working and relationship and supportive working culture & atmosphere at workplace
5. Develop the staffing strategy for the Partner, including to do talent mapping process (internal/external), define the talent requirements, build the hiring strategy (with TA team), monitor the execution of hiring plan, and to assess and select the right talents for the business.
6. Lead/co-lead organization transformation projects at a network level to influence and obtain buy-in with Country Leads partner, and then to drive excellence execution and smooth change management process

About you

Strong communication and language skills, including the ability to clearly communicate with senior management, colleagues, different stakeholders (local and global). You also need to possess the confidence to deal with Senior Executive.
