As Purchasing Analyst at Caterpillar Indonesia Batam, you will coordinate efforts to prepare the placement of requisitions with suppliers, obtain quotations and negotiate with supplier principals for the procurement of assigned parts and supplies.
What you will do:
Assist the Category Manager on Data collection & reporting
Managing the Project Tracker on Resourcing & New Development Projects
Cost Reporting – Monthly, Quarterly & Annual
Understanding the Aftermarket requirement and work with Buyer for sourcing
Monthly KPI Reporting
Works closely with the plant Accounting department to resolve invoice discrepancies.
What we will need from you:
Proficient in English language.
A diploma or bachelor’s degree of Purchasing or related subject.
At least 1 year working experience on Purchasing.
Good analysis, diagnostic and judgment skills and good computer skills on preparing presentation
Top candidate will also have:
Experience in SAP.
Ability to communicate and work with all levels of personnel both inside and outside the company.
