Job Description
  • Support Business Development Team for sales and operational process in Fashion & Lifestyle's Category
  • Maintain good communication and relationship with merchant partners for both online & offline
  • Responsible for sales target in their account
  • Do regular visit to offline merchant partner
  • Ensure successful onboarding and integration with merchant partner
  • Provide training and refreshment to the merchant staff
  • Responsible for distribution POP material promotion placement in merchant outlets
  • Socialize campaign program to the merchant staff & make sure the campaign running well
  • Handle merchant staff question for any inquiries
  • Gather feedback from merchant partner to develop recommended solutions
  • Maintain and prepare reporting
  • Ensure the quality of the network for merchant satisfaction


Qualifications
  • Candidate must possess at least diploma degree in any field
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required
  • Have previous experience in digital payment industry is preferred
  • Familiar with MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, & MS Power Point) and Google Drive
  • Have motorcycle and SIM C
  • Energetic and high motivation
