The Secretariat team supports the boards in the discharge of their responsibilities and provides advice on governance matters. It also facilitates communication between the Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors, as well as the Committees under Board of Commissioners
1. Keep abreast on Capital Market developments particularly prevailing capital market laws and regulations, and provide input, advice and recommendation to the relevant party to comply with Capital Market law and regulation as well as company law.
2. Organize and manage the documentation related to the General Meeting of Shareholders, corporate documents and shareholders register.
3. Responsible in reporting and information disclosure to the public and regulators including the availability of information on the Bank’s website.
4. Acting as Secretariat of Independent Commissioners, Audit Committee, Risk Monitoring Commitee, Integrated Corporate Governance Committee, and EXCO.
5. Ensure an orderly administration and completeness of the Bank’s important documents, including administration of the incoming letters from regulators.
1. Grade : Manager
2. Bachelor Degree in Finance or Business Law
3. Minimal 3 years experiences in Corporate Secretary or Corporate Legal
4. Having knowledge and experienced in banking, financial company and/or public listed company, having experience in handling the board meeting, making minutes of meeting
5. Having a good command in English
