  • New Business & Renewal Business Sales Target
  • Responsible to follow up and grow the new & renewal from agent & leader
  • Responsible to maintain relationship with agent & leader
Future challenges:
  • Increase the quality of communication with agent & leader
  • Improve the TRUST and CONVENIENCE level from agent & leader to selling group product
  • Sustainable business growth
Key Responibilities:
  • New business target & persistency of the 2nd year of business à time spent: 85%
  • Operational Excellence à time spent: 5%
  • Internal communication for all matters related to business à time spent: 5%
  • Prospect list à time spent: 2.5%
  • Internal meeting & workshop coordination with agent & leader à 2.5%
Job Specification: Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s degree from any major, business administration is more preferred
  • Team player and helpful, willing to do the extra mile
  • Able to work without supervision

Experience:
  • Min 3 years working experience in insurance, EB and/or business development support is preferred
  • Sales performance dashboard
  • Sales event/campaign execution
Knowledge and Skill:
  • Strong MS Office
  • Proficient in English esp. in writing
