Responsibilities include and are not limited to:

  • Responsible for running the front desk
  • Greet members, assist with sign-ups and any inquiries that occur at the host/front desk
  • Check-in/check-out
  • Introduce new members to the community and facilitate connections
  • Administrative needs around coworking/coliving
  • Open and close space daily
  • Support events and community team for promotion, upsell, and coordination

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience at front desk in the hospitality industry (Preferable)
  • Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Suite operating systems
  • Able to join the team as soon as possible
  • Open for local hire only.
