Job Description
Manage end-to-end HR Operation, including but not limited to recruitment, personnel administration, payroll and compensation & benefit, talent development, industrial relation, and general affairs.
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, programs, systems and procedures across the organization to improve the employee experience and the organization as a whole.
Bridging employee and management relations by building excellent communication and relationship with them
Provide support to employees in various HR-related issues
Ensure legal compliance of government regulations and applicable labor laws, and update policies and/or procedures as required
Proven track record with at least 3 years in Human Resources fields.
Min. Bachelor Degree preferrable in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related major.
Experience in handling all generalist HR activities. Preferrable in holding company.
Proviciency in English written and oral.
Have a good knowledge and understand of local labor laws and other related regulations.
Strong organizational, analytical and critical thinking, communication skills.
Attention to details and target oriented.
Demonstrated experience in organizational development, change management, coaching and communications.
Able to work independently as well as working in team and in a fast-paced environment.
Have a knowledge on microservices technology.
