  • Define and communicate the overall vision, objectives, and goals of the product roadmap
  • Create, owning, and refining well-formed user stories
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions and strategic
  • Create & implement Leads campaign to drive leads generation & conversion to customers
  • Continuosly defines ways to optimize value of the product and increase customer satisfaction
  • Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and able to make suggestions on any opportunities for change
  • Analyze data and transform into specific strategic, including provide reports, presentations and recommendation
  • Given the mandate to act responsibly to manage KPI data of Leads Management tribe and its performance as well as preparing the regular reporting & updates for both internal and regional stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Strong analytical skills, data-driven thinking, and problem solving skills
  • Detail orientated with strong analytics (including monitoring, analysis and reporting performance) and comfortable handling large volumes of data
  • Able to partner with cross functional teams
  • Experience with agile way of working
  • Highly creative, motivated and self driven person to achieve the goals
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel & Power Point
  • Digital sales & distributions experience is preferred
