<Position Objective/Expectation >
  • Support QS function

<Job Responsibilities>
  • Estimate and analyze the project, control its costs, especially for additional specifications
  • Cost planning and cost benefit analysis.
  • Write reports and prepare documents (plans, contracts, budgets etc.) especially for additional specifications of the project (including "variations of order" and "extension of the construction term of the project")
  • Support Claim Section to make Claim Letters to the purchasers of the project and negotiate with them to get the additional contract price.
  • Other responsibilities as needed

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Diploma degree in Engineering
・Conversational English proficiency
・Min. 2 years of experience in QS function in similar projects
・Willing to be placed in Gresik

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
・Working experience in Japanese company
