Job Responsibilities
Perform a variety of cost engineering functions, including cost control, budget preparations, forecasting, and cost reporting
Provide cost controlling support for all projects which includes variation reporting
Producing regular cost reports and advising management of any forecast cost overruns as soon as possible
Coordinate development and implementation of project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)/Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS)
Report earned value per vendor and identify trends that impact the final cost projections
Job Requirements
Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) graduate majoring in Finance or Engineering with specialization in Project Management, Planning or Cost Control related training
Have minimum 5 years relevant and similar capacity in cost controlling, preferably in Industrial Plant
Have good communication and interpersonal skill
Have good analytical skill
Willing to be on contractual basis during the project
Willing to be located at Bulungan, North Kalimantan
